The results of the latest Medeconomics survey to establish the average fee charged for a range of services have been addded to the GP Fees Database. The fees affected are:
- Adoption/fostering health assessment (form AH)
- Adoption/fostering update report (form AH2)
- Assessment of capacity certificate COP3 no examination
- Assessment of capacity certificate COP3 with examination
- Shotgun firearm license
- Private sick note
- Private prescription charge
- Private health insurance claim form
- Employment medical
- Driving - full physical medical examination and report
- Driving - report no examination
- School fees insurance claim form
- Fitness to exercise
- Fitness to attend school
- Income protection insurance claim
- Life insurance application
- Private blood test

This fee has been updated to reflect the fact that during 2020/21 the BMA will recommend that practices should not charge for this work while it is considered as part of a review on reducing bureaucracy in general practice. This is a non-contractual change agreed as part of the 2020 GP contract deal between the BMA and NHS England. Click on the link above for full details.

- Pregnant woman's medical certificate/fitness to fly
- Letter relating to medication for flights/travel with medication
- Freedom from infection certificate
- Holiday/travel insurance: cancellation claim

The Debt and Mental Health Evidence form fee has been updated to reflect a new pledge by the BMA that practices in England will stop charging patients for completeing this form when a new simplified version is introduced.
