Earlier this year the CQC published examples of outstanding practice that inspectors had noted during their visits.
Practice manager Fionnuala O’Donnell has reviewed the examples, highlighting key case studies and outlining learning points for practices to consider in order to help them show they are providing a high quality service.
Not all of the CQC examples are from practices rated as outstanding, however they are examples of practice or services that the CQC felt was outstanding during its inspection.
